Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, Woodstock Road, Oxford Applications are invited for a Course Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the MSc Programme in Translational Health Sciences. The postholder will also be appointed as PA to Professor Trish Greenhalgh and Dr Anne Ferrey. The post-holder will join the Interdisciplinary Research in Health Sciences (IRIHS) research group in the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences. You will work closely with the Course Director, Deputy Director and other team members, to support the academic delivery of the course. Governance and other administrative tasks are managed through the Department of Continuing Education, and you will work closely with their administrative staff to ensure smooth delivery of the course. Responsibilities will include co-ordinating interviews and other arrangements for student admissions; facilitating timetabling and course materials; scheduling guest speakers and live teaching sessions; processing paperwork for assignments and supporting with finances; organising meetings and diaries; and other general administration within the group. You will be based in the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG as your normal place of work. You will be able to agree a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager. The appointment is part-time at 70% FTE (25.6 hours/week) for two years in the first instance.
