Description Implementing and refining HR strategies that align with business goals. Providing guidance to managers on HR policy and legal regulations. Building strong relationships across the business to influence and support change. Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives. Managing employee relations issues within the retail team. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures across the team. Assisting with recruitment and retention strategies. Offering support and guidance on performance management. Profile A successful 'People Partner' should have: An academic degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field. A thorough understanding of HR practices and employment law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies. Experience in a retail environment would be beneficial.
