Role Responsibilities
* Delivering a blend of corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base
* Managing a portfolio of clients and developing strong, long-term relationships
* Assisting with the delivery of projects in areas such as corporate restructures, international tax, R&D, and group structuring
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members, reviewing work and helping them to grow
* Collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless service for clients
* Playing an active role in business development and identifying opportunities for additional services

Candidate Requirements
* CTA qualified (or equivalent), or nearing completion
* Proven experience in corporate tax within a UK practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge with a commercial mindset
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive team player with the confidence to take ownership of work and support colleagues
* Ambition to grow and develop, with the drive to contribute to a growing firm
