Contract: Self Employed Basis/Part Time - 1 Nov 24 to 31 Oct 25 (Part time 1 day per month)
Salary: £350 one day session per month

Tamil Speaking Peer Exchange Facilitator with expertise in mental health, remote, located anywhere in the world (one day per month worked flexibly with 3 peer exchange partners)
As part of an exciting new project dealing with survivors of torture, and war, our not-for-profit client urgently seeks an experienced fluent Tamil and English speaking mental health practitioner or academic to chair and guide online monthly peer exchange sessions between different groups of mental health counsellors from Sri Lanka.
The successful candidate can be located anywhere in the world and will work on a secure digital platform.
The Peer Exchange Facilitator will:
Guide monthly discussions between 3 separate remote peer groups.
Supporting the development of a code of conduct, confidentiality, key discussion points and actions ensuring that interactions and key learning from the group are written into a short report in Tamil.
We are keen to hear from mental health practitioners or academics who are fluent speakers of Tamil, as spoken in Sri Lanka, and English and able to write reports in both Tamil and English. Although not essential, a lived experience of the refugee journey and an understanding of South Asian cultural nuances would be beneficial.
