Job Title: Senior Executive Support Officer

Rate: £28.00 PAYE/£36.12 Umbrella
Hours: Hybrid (at least 3 days in the office) 9am-5pm
Are you an experienced Senior Executive Support Officer seeking a new opportunity in the public sector? Our client is currently looking for a talented individual to join their team.
In this hybrid role, you will provide exceptional executive support to a Corporate Director, ensuring that their day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a senior Personal Assistant with local government experience, you will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, handling correspondence, and organising meetings.
Working closely with the Executive Support Team Leader, you will play a key role in strategically aligning the team's services with other functional areas, contributing to the seamless delivery of services to internal stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to lead transformational change initiatives on behalf of the Director, fostering positive relationships with external stakeholders, including the Mayor, Lead Members, Councillors, and other key individuals.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in minute-taking and a strong background in the public sector. Additionally, your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a highly pressured environment will make you an ideal candidate.
