Job Title: Service Desk Trainer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Desk Trainer to join our team at Node4 Ltd. As a Service Desk Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and overseeing technical training programs tailored for service desk agents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver engaging technical and ITIL-based training programs.
* Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
* Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to service desk agents.
* Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in service desk operations.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of IT support processes, service desk operations, and related technologies.
* Proven experience in delivering IT training, preferably within a service desk or IT support environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
* Ability to tailor training approaches to different learning styles and levels of technical expertise.
* Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing training needs.
