Job Title: PMO Manager
Start Date: Immediate
Our client is looking for an experienced PMO Manager to join their team on a six-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project management office support to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the agreed scope, time, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and control documents.
2. Facilitate the definition, creation, and delivery of project deliverables.
3. Coordinate and monitor program phases and milestones.
4. Maintain Risk, Issue, Action, and Decision (RAID) registers.
5. Manage the document repository and ensure all deliverables are auditable.
6. Prepare and distribute program reports to stakeholders.
7. Communicate key decisions and outputs to relevant program stakeholders.
8. Ensure program assurance and compliance with governance standards.
9. Oversee change management processes and manage the training and communications workstream.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a PMO Manager or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
3. Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
7. Relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
