DICE Healthcare are looking to add and Digital Marketing apprentice to their experience team who will promote a positive, personal and professional profile, ensuring the good reputation of the business shines. the apprentice will manage and maintain all social media platforms through content creation, photos and creative media.

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you’ll do at work
• Respond to all social media posts
• Create content for social media and the website
• Post on all social media platforms as per content calendar
• Provide updates and content for the company newsletter
• Manage subscriptions
• Manage PR as required
• Liaise with Dijitul (website provider) and provide them with weekly updates for the blog
• To audit optimisation of social media
• To take responsibility as a fire marshal with other office staff
• To assist with the organisation and attendance at social functions organised for staff and clients
• Implement and manage LinkedIn
• To regularly read policies and procedures, acknowledging changes
• To protect the confidentiality of all information relating to the staff & Client and not divulge information to anyone who is not authorised to receive it
• Maintain PPE stock and order as necessary
• Client newsletter production and distribution
• Staff newsletter production and distribution
• Order staff uniform and maintain spreadsheet of stock
• Order equipment and maintain spreadsheet of stock e.g. paper

* Plan and coordinate a marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources.
* Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development.
* Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project.
* Use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines.
* Build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media.
* Proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and is on brand.
* Use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification.
* Contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services.

Your training plan
This programme is delivered via a day release delivery model which means that one day per week, your attendance is required at our Derby Road, Mansfield campus. This attendance is required during term time only.
