Electrical Maintenance Technician sought to join Keele University's Estate and Campus Services Directorate, responsible for delivering a comprehensive service across various activities to the university community.
This role involves assisting with the installation, operation, maintenance, fault finding, testing, repairs and modifications of electrical systems, fire alarm systems, boiler plant and controls, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, providing the highest level of customer service across the university's estates.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with the installation, operation, maintenance, fault finding, testing, repairs and modifications of electrical systems, fire alarm systems, boiler plant and controls, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
* Providing the highest level of customer service across the university's estates
* Working well within a team and contributing to the delivery of a comprehensive service across various activities to the university community
Requirements:
* Completed a formal apprenticeship and possess a City & Guilds certificate or equivalent
* Obtained the Level 3 2239 The Requirements for Electrical Installations (BS 7671-2018) qualification
* Post-qualification experience and excellent organisation, planning, communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
