We are currently seeking a SAP Product Manager on behalf of playing a pivotal role in the support, development, and strategic direction of their SAP SuccessFactors Platform across the EMEA region.
This is a key hire within their Technology Solutions Team, responsible for managing the live service and integrations while driving continuous improvement and innovation within their SAP landscape.
Role Overview
This role will take ownership of the SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring seamless service delivery, enhancing system capabilities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximise value from SAP investments. The successful candidate will work closely with HR teams, business process owners, and IT stakeholders to align the platform with business needs, optimize functionality, and lead future developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the relationship with AMS delivery partners to ensure best-practice support.
* Align SAP operations with ITIL standards, driving incident, problem, and change management.
* Work with HR leadership to prioritize and implement functional enhancements.
* Define and execute an SAP product strategy and roadmap for long-term optimization.
* Support stakeholder engagement across IT, HR, and business teams to drive SAP adoption.
* Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to ensure seamless SAP integrations.
* Maintain SAP security, compliance, and governance standards.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a strategic and technically capable SAP professional with strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise IT environments. Key requirements include:
* 3+ years of SAP Product Management experience, ideally within SuccessFactors.
* Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and integrations.
* Ability to drive SAP service delivery in a complex, multi-country business environment.
* Stakeholder management expertise, working across IT, HR, and external partners.
* Knowledge of ITIL processes, Agile methodologies, and DevOps frameworks.
* Experience in vendor management, service governance, and continuous improvement.
* SAP or ITIL certifications are desirable.
