School of Arts & Humanities £31,666 - £38,342 per annum Fixed term for 18 months 37 hours per week We are looking for someone to join the School of Arts and Humanities as our Cultural Programme Coordinator. This role is key to the continuation of the work of the Cultures Of programme and the delivery of research culture in the School in the lead up to REF 2029. The Cultural Programme Coordinator will provide research administrative support for key exhibition and cultural engagement initiatives and will be the secretary of the exhibitions committee. This includes co-ordinating and supporting exhibitions, Cultures Of programmes and galleries, both on and off campus. To be successful in this role, you will have a Degree and/or Masters or equivalent in Art, Design, or any other culture-related discipline. You will have a broad understanding of the creative and cultural infrastructure in Kirklees for public events programming as well as knowledge of arts and culture research and practice in a Higher Education context. Experience of planning, organising, and managing events is essential as is experience of working with others to effectively implement and deliver projects.
