Job Description

💚 What You'll Do

Every day is different, but here’s a flavour of what your role could include:

1. Preparing meals, sharing a cuppa, and offering friendly companionship .
2. Helping with light housework, medication, or popping to the shops together.
3. Offering compassionate support with personal care, ensuring dignity and independence.
4. Driving clients to appointments or local outings – making everyday life a little easier.

You’re not just helping with daily tasks, you’re bringing joy, reassurance, and connection into someone’s life.

🕗 Shifts Available

5. Morning shift: 8.00 – 14.00 (perfect for early birds!)
6. Evening shift: 17.15 – 22.00 (ideal to those looking for flexible hours!)

🎁 What We Offer

7. An enhanced pay rate of £12.60 per hour.
8. Double pay on bank holidays and Christmas day.

Qualifications

🏆 A Bit About You

18. Kind, reliable, and have a passion for helping others.
19. A driver with access to car is required.
20. Able to work at least 4 consecutive days per week, including alternate weekends.
21. Can provide two professional references.
22. Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
23. Must have the right to work in the UK (we’re not currently able to offer sponsorship).
