Coordinator, EMEA Theatrical Distribution

This role helps support the head of EMEA Theatrical Distribution and the Team with organising film releases to maximise box office performance across the region. Key tasks include analysis, team admin support, liaising with key contacts across EMEA and LA Home Office at all levels to ensure things run smoothly. Ideal candidate will be highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
What will you be doing?
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
* Manage and update in-house database systems, ensuring accuracy in release dates, international holiday data, and censorship details, while liaising with territories to resolve discrepancies.
* Assisting with analysis and put together presentations.
* Running distribution reports for the team including creating bespoke reports.
* Ensure timely submissions for Salesforce system territory tasks.
* Collating and preparing information to be sent to partners.
* Preparation for meetings to include EMEA team packs.
* Coordinating internal departmental material reviews and screenings.
* Admin duties include diary management – scheduling meetings, in person and video conferencing, general administrative support to the Team, including organising business travel, managing expenses, and handling day-to-day tasks as they arise.
* Attending meetings, providing, and distributing minutes and updates.
* Managing contacts and distribution lists.
* Adhoc trade exhibition projects.
* Event management of EMEA conferences in London, including budgeting, planning and on the ground daily management of the events.
What are we looking for?
* Minimum 1+ years of experience in the business environment.
* Experience or a strong interest in International Theatrical Distribution.
* Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft packages.
* Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent qualification.
* Experience with data visualisation tools.
