The Email Marketing Manager will take full responsibility for managing our customer marketing teams and delivering content marketing strategies for our clients.
Your day-to-day duties as an Email Marketing Manager may include:
* Developing digital/content marketing strategies across various digital channels including SEO, Paid Search, Social, Email Marketing, and Content to generate more leads.
* Setting short-term goals for the projects (KPIs).
* Delivering an effective digital/content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives of our clients at the lowest possible cost.
* Coordinating with all creative resources for a project, including strategy & planning, designers, writers, and other agency personnel.
* Undertaking digital/content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
* Collaborating with design, writing, and production teams to produce and distribute high-quality content.
* Developing and maintaining an editorial calendar, delegating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Editing, proofreading, and improving content.
* Optimizing content considering SEO and Google Analytics.
* Analyzing web traffic metrics.
* Sharing content through various channels to ensure a strong web presence.
* Receiving customer feedback and generating ideas to increase customer engagement.
* Being accountable for all digital/content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and deliver sales and customer retention.
* Having a sound understanding of various digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, Email Marketing, content categorization, structure, development, distribution, and measurement.
* Ensuring content is consistent with our client’s brand voice, style, and tone.
* Developing and managing editorial calendars and organizational workflows.
* Liaising with teams managing various digital channels, e.g., search, social media, and email/newsletter distribution to deliver results.
* Measuring and optimizing client programs regularly and ongoing.
* Preparing executive presentations for the management team and the client on program approaches and results.
* Working independently as well as in a team environment.
* Drafting briefs for copywriters, designers, etc.
* Enjoying the creative process and showing a willingness to contribute relevant ideas.
