Job responsibilities:Program PurposeThe First at Fendi Program aims to welcome the New Generation by offering them a disruptive experience within the Fendi Family in a context of fast pace.As main mission, the intern will be developing a dedicated business-oriented project during the length of its experience as well as experiencing a real-life working environment and gaining a strategic vision on our business priorities.ProjectBased in the HO in London, you will have the opportunity to take the lead a key project related to the launch of the brandupcoming collaboration capsule collection with relevant marketing activities.This project will have a huge exposure in terms of scope and involved stakeholders.Main ResponsibilitiesCo-ordinate in store activations related to the capsule collectionLiaise with stores for follow up ahead of the launch of capsule collectionSupporting the development of the marketing strategic tools connected with CRM activitiesPerforming analysis of CRM campaigns and sales to understand best practices and insights e.g customer database activation, return of investmentReporting on event results and reporting on CRM KPIs where neededSupport the retail marketing team and stores with CRM related topics, coordinating activities for stores and assisting with supplier duties such as deliveries of gifts e.t.cEnsuring global guidelines and timeframes are adhered within the local implementationUndertaking training related to CRM and Event managementSupporting the retail marketing team with the whole process of development of CRM activities: training and maintaining the toolsShadowing and attending weekly store manager meetings to gain a deeper understanding into the business and their salesSupporting the retail marketing team in implementing an in-store event and other retail activitiesActively explore other CRM opportunities focusing on initiating activities and eventsConsolidating and analysing customer data to derive business indications and provide related actions plans for how to improveSupport events and activations in store and out of storeLiaise with external suppliers on relevant CRM and marketing related projectsProfile:a previous experience in Fashion\/Luxury Environment is considered a plusBachelorMasterDegreeSelf-starterFashion GPS experienceStrong communication skillsExcellent relationship\/team skillsConfident, organised, professionalismGoal oriented approach, multitaskingStrong knowledge and\/or interest for fashion\/luxury industryFluent English; another European language is a plusAdditional information:LVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect of each personsingularities.
