Supporting our Customers: Adaptations Coordinator at Kingdom Group

Our Asset Strategy Team works together to provide a high quality adaptation service for both Kingdom and private customers on behalf of the Kingdom Group.
To support this vital work, we’re recruiting for an Adaptations Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will help to oversee a variety of adaptation projects, providing direct support with complex cases. Supporting our vision of Great Homes, Services, People, and Communities.
The Role
As an Adaptations Coordinator you’ll:
Work with the Planned Investment Team to monitor Adaptations KPI’s.
Support adaptations clients through all stages of adaptation from initial contact to completion of the work.
Ensure risk assessments and method statements are in place for relevant projects.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Knowledge of Building Standards.
Experience of managing people and projects.
Has an understanding of relevant procurement legislation.
