Agile Hybrid Homeworking (office base Norwich) but travel throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk will be required

About the role
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring that we provide an efficient cleaning service and meeting service standards for our properties. Acting as a Technical expert with the cleaning specialism, you will work closely with others within the business as well as being the first point of contact for both customers and the cleaning team to help resolve queries.
Main Duties:
* Stock control and ordering of cleaning supplies
* Co-ordinating cleaning schedules (including Empty Homes) to ensure that standards are maintained
* Monitoring of performance and service delivery of the Cleaning Team and reporting back to Line Managers
* Conducting site audits to ensure service delivery and to assist the Health and Safety team on safety matters on site and including relevant COSHH Assessments
* Providing input into the annual Service Charge review, along with involvement in budget reviews throughout the year
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, ideally with experience in a similar position, along with excellent administration skills and experience of using Microsoft software. Practical technical experience in cleaning and an excellent understanding of cleaning products and health and safety is needed for this role. Excellent communication skills (with colleagues and customers) is a must.
