Trainee Registered Manager - Children's Home
Location: Stockport
Salary: £45,000 + up to £15,000 in Bonuses

We are seeking a Trainee Registered Manager for a children’s residential home in Stockport that provides therapeutic care for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up and make a real difference in the lives of children.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leadership & Management: You’ll manage a children's home, leading a team to deliver high-quality, therapeutic care while maintaining compliance with Ofsted regulations.
* Team Development: Support and develop your staff, ensuring they receive the necessary training to deliver exceptional care.
* Focus on the Young People: You’ll lead the implementation of care & behaviour plans, ensuring each young person receives personalised support in a safe, nurturing environment.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure the home maintains its "Good" Ofsted rating by meeting and exceeding care standards.

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children in a residential setting, particularly those with EBD.
* A Deputy Manager or senior residential support worker ready to step into a Registered Manager role.
* Someone open-minded, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges.
* A solid understanding of Children’s Home Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards 2015 is advantageous.
