Salt is recruiting for a client within central government that requires multiple SC and NPPV3 cleared Junior Operations Analyst’s for a 6 month contract with possible extension that is based in North London. This would be a shift working scheme so you’d be required to work days, nights and weekends on a scheduled rotation. The rate is negotiable DOE.
Role summary/context
This role requires a contractor to act as a member of a shift team, ensuring full coverage even during absences. Responsibilities include monitoring PNC services, responding to service alerts, managing Service Now queues, processing incidents and password requests, running scheduled batch work, and liaising with Incident Management, Service Desk, and technical teams to ensure successful data transmission and network alert monitoring.
Skills (including specialist skills) and/or knowledge required:
– Operations Analyst experience required.
– Experience working in a contact centre / operations centre.
– Helpdesk experience dealing with tickets.
– Monitoring of Service Now queue and processing of INC’s and Password requests to customers
– Running of weekly and monthly batch work for Forces and Law Agencies, Processing of ad hoc Batch work
– Re-setting of passwords for customers
– Monitoring of critical network alerts and ensuring encrypted data is successfully transmitted.
– Liaising with Incident Management, Service Desk, and technical teams
