Here at Chessington World of Adventures our 2024 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for Night Hotel Front Office Hosts to join the team You will be the first point of contact for guests during their stay of an evening through to the morning. Assisting guests with check in and any enquiries that they may have to ensure high levels of satisfaction are delivered ensuring they are provided with all the relevant information needed to get the best out of their stay. Day to day this role will include: Meeting and greeting guests and assisting with luggage, if needed Dealing with any guest problems, complaints or compliments and pass on any relevant information to the Hotel Nights Manager Maintaining the inside and outside public areas Preparing for the following day’s events in our conference centre Qualifications & Experience All we need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver jaw dropping fun to our Guests Due to the nature of this role, you must be aged 18 or over.
