What you’ll be doing as a Finance manager:
Financial Planning & Reporting: Lead the
preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements for multiple
locations. Coordinate month-end, quarterly and year-end close processes
including all HMRC and statutory submissions.
Financial Analysis: Analyse monthly, quarterly, and
yearly financial performance, providing actionable insights to senior
management.
Cash Flow & Cost Control: Manage cash flow,
monitor operational costs, and implement cost-saving strategies across all
venues.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the finance
team, providing guidance and support for their growth.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance
with all financial regulations and internal policies, Implement and maintain
internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams to
support business growth and provide financial advice on strategic decisions.

About you, our new Finance manager:
* 3 years’+ experience in finance management role.
* Strong knowledge of financial systems, accounting
principles, and reporting standards.
* Ideally you will have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a
related field, along with a professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA,
or equivalent)
* Highly advantageous if you have experience using Xero accounting software.
* A passion for hospitality industry and commitment to delivering a high
standard of work.
* Ability to work
collaboratively with diverse teams.
* Friendly,
professional demeanour. A proactive,
solution-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage
multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional
organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong
communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to
non-financial stakeholders.
* Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and financial software.
* Strong knowledge of financial systems,
accounting principles, and reporting standards.
