As part of Cleaner Communities and reporting to the Senior Operative you would work as part of a team to provide the frontline delivery frontline delivery of Street Cleaning duties throughout West Lothian.
To carry out all duties relating to street cleansing of public areas including public parks, open spaces, verges, roads, pavements, shopping precincts and car parks using the appropriate tools and equipment, including mechanical sweeper. To a standard meeting the Councils statutory and legislative obligations.
The possession of a driving licence is essential for this post.
The ability to operate pedestrian powered equipment and work in all weathers and in all conditions are essential.
Applicants must be able to work Monday to Sunday every fourth week.
Mon – Thurs: 7:00 – 14:30
Friday: 7:00 – 13:30
Saturday – Sunday: 7:00 – 11:00
