In this role as an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in the delivery of lessons and creative activities Support children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis Create a safe and fun learning environment for children to reach their full potential. Record Assessment of children’s learning and development The school are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant who has: Experience working with SEN children in a school/care environment. A calm and positive attitude and personality. The ability to form good relationships with children and staff. Personal care, moving and handling and BSL experience is desirable.
