The goal of this role is to ensure that all guests of Red Bull Technology Group, both internal and external, have a unique and premium experience during meetings, tours, and events at the Technology Campus.
This role will be reporting to the Guest Experience Team Leader and includes supporting all Red Bull Technology Group teams, suppliers, external clients, partners, and subsidiaries during their visits.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Implement and maintain Red Bull Core Values across the Technology Campus, ensuring a consistent guest welcome that reflects our brand.
2. Keep guest arrival areas clean and presentable, play the relevant Spotify playlist, ensure TVs show correct channels, replenish fridges with RB products, restock the Beverage Station, and manage lost property.
3. Answer switchboard calls promptly and professionally, book in guests, contact their host, and assign passes.
4. Manage Sky Visitor, greet and direct guests and contractors, maintain workplace security, and keep back-of-house data updated.
5. Support the Guest Experience Team Leader with event and administrative tasks.
6. Assist the Hospitality & Events team by greeting and welcoming guests with high customer service standards.
