Elevation HR are delighted to be working on a Senior HR Manager role for a South Yorkshire based client looking to recruit a Senior HR Manager/HRBP to join their team.

This is a key role in the department and will lead the day to day operations, managing a small team of HRBP’s and HR Administrators. This is an opportunity to progress the department and streamline systems and processes as well as enable a more creative, proactive (and less reactive) approach to HR.
The role will be fully involved in the day to day activity as a point of reference for elevated queries and have the leadership abilities to develop and improve policies and procedures.
As well as a fully generalist HR remit we’re also looking for someone who also has experience of compensation and benefits projects as the role will lead on initiatives involving:
* Analysing and reporting on HR data and metrics
* Reviewing and developing HR reporting and analytics for the Group
* Design of compensation frameworks
* Developing benchmarking initiatives
* Reviewing and introducing job evaluation frameworks
