Our client is an established main contractor in Central London who have a career developing opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to join the Pre-construction team. They work across a wide range sectors from commercial to education and leisure on new build, structural refurbishments and fit outs with values from £1m to £50m.
As Bid Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include the production and delivery of professionally produced proposals within the customer defined time frame. You'll be coordinating proposal input from a variety of stakeholders involving contributions from the marketing and product teams, commercial, legal and project delivery teams.
You will also be championing collaboration tools, document management and company best practices. Ensuring proposal documents follow the corporate branding guidelines is also key and that standard formatting and quality standards are followed. You'll be providing advice on flow, language and grammar to the content owners, consolidating sections or documents developed by other team members into the required tender format.
