The Job
8. Proactively utilising appointments and opportunities to assess a customer’s situation and assess how we can help them
9. Virtual meetings with clients to assess individual circumstances and needs
10. Seeking out the best protection solutions for our customers
11. Advising on and selling associated protection products from the market leading Legal & General products as well as a panel of providers
12. Working closely with your lead providers to ensure you are receiving opportunities in both quality and volume
13. Meeting and exceeding targets
14. Working closely with other parts of the business to ensure all business opportunities are maximised

Basic Salary: £28,
OTE: £50, (uncapped earnings)
Location: Medway City Estate, Rochester
Work Pattern:
o Monday - 8.30am – 5.30pm
o Tuesday - 8.30am – 6.30pm
o Wednesday - 8.30am – 5.30pm
o Thursday - 8.30am – 5.30pm
o Friday - 8.30am – 4.30pm
o You are expected to work every other Saturday and your Saturday hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm. When you work a Saturday, you will be expected to work until 5.30pm on Friday and you will get a Lieu Day in the week.
