Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
1. Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
2. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and medical histories.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
4. Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
6. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
7. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
8. Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in nursing.
Skills
1. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
2. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and compassion.
3. Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
4. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Proficient in using medical equipment and technology relevant to nursing practice.
