Job summary An opportunity has arisen within the Tobacco Dependency Treatment Service for secretarial support, joining a developing service supportingpatients to stop smoking. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with good organisational and interpersonal skills to join ourfriendly, dynamic team. Main duties of the job The post holder will provide a comprehensive, effective and professional secretarial support to the Tobacco Dependency Treatment Team andPrevention Group Lead.Working with the service team, they will organise waiting lists and referrals, organise meetings and all administrative tasks associated withmeetings, liaise with staff around the organisation and in the Local authority services to support provision of a streamline pathway.
