The Salaried Manager role is a key leadership role within our restaurants and critical to delivering a fantastic experience for employees and our customers. The Role
This role is a HR position working as part of a senior leadership team for a Business Manager. You will play a key part in driving people-focused, customer-focused and commercially focused KPIs. From there, your journey could take you to a more senior salaried role then potentially on to Business Manager where you would run your own restaurant.
As part of your induction, you’ll learn how our values shape our business from the ground up. The hands-on experience you will gain from working in our kitchens, service areas, customer areas and our drive-thru will give you the confidence to make your impact across each of our day parts. As well as invaluable training from one of our existing HR managers.
We want our customers and our people to feel valued and always appreciated. You will help us achieve this as you gain momentum and take responsibility of shifts and our key systems and processes. Your passion for doing the right thing for our people and our customers will have you fired up by the idea of running your own successful business!
Role Includes:
1. Support the restaurant’s business plan and bring this to life within the People agenda
2. Lead on the delivery of the People Strategy and support bringing to life in the restaurant
3. Co-ordinate and plan training
4. Create an effective schedule focused on exceptional customer experience, team development and business growth
5. Support the managers to deliver a proactive and fair process for all team absences, disciplinary and performance concerns
6. Work with manager to build an annual recruitment plan as well as completing recruitment for the restaurant
7. Ensure we create a fantastic experience for all applicants and new starters
8. Co-ordinate all performance appraisals to ensure they are timely and value adding
