I am working on behalf of a highly reputable, national domiciliary care company who are looking for a Turnaround Registered Manager for their office in Eastbourne. They are currently rated as “Requires Improvement” with the CQC and need an experienced manager to help turn them around.
The Company:
1. Deliver homecare across Eastbourne and surrounding counties
2. Established company with over 220 offices across the UK
3. They provide around 500 hours of Domiciliary Care per week and 6b Live-in Care packages
4. They work with predominantly private clients
5. Rated “Requires Improvement” with CQC
The role:
6. Managing the office team of 4 and 30+ carers
7. Diagnosing compliance issues
8. Creating and implementing an action plan
9. Focus on the quality, compliance and carrying out audits
10. Ensure the efficiency and levels of care are at the highest standard
11. Be a brand ambassador for the company
Required competencies:
12. Registered Manager experience
13. Domiciliary Care would be desirable
14. Excellent people management/communication skills
15. Exceptional knowledge of CQC standards and carrying out audits
16. Been involved in or led a CQC inspection
Benefits:
17. Up to £50,000 salary
