The Opportunity
We are seeking a HR Onboarding Coordinator who will be responsible for contract generation, background checks, supporting with reports, inbox management, and conducting and monitoring compliance requirements. This role is crucial in providing an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
Key accountabilities
1. Background screening: facilitating background screening and right to work checks for candidates and escalating any issues, supporting with reference checking where needed
2. Administrative support: Complete administrative duties to support candidate onboarding, excel tracking and reporting.
3. Contract generation: Ensuring any specific adjustments are included correctly and escalated to the wider HR team for approval
