Your Role:
* Develop and execute category strategies for sustained profitability, leveraging emerging trends and commercial opportunities.
* Lead brand positioning and campaign execution, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and consistent messaging across all channels.
* Launch new initiatives based on international product developments and market trends.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Category, and Supply Chain teams to plan and execute key product launches and promotional activities.
* Manage and optimise the marketing budget to drive brand growth and ensure alignment with broader business goals.
* Drive communication development across digital, PR, and other key touchpoints, with a focus on consumer engagement.
* Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on brand strategy and execution excellence.
* Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Your Skills:
* Proven track record as a Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager within the FMCG space.
* Strong commercial acumen, with a talent for analysing market trends and driving category growth.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects, with the ability to lead and inspire.
* Line management experience, with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
* A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
