We have just the opportunity for you in the exciting and fast-paced medical devices market that is Head & Neck. You will support the increase of sales in your territory by working closely with an experienced Sales Manager and a Sales Representative, developing and fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders. You will participate in customer education in the field, supporting the sales manager to achieve greater customer engagement and commercial success. You will actively pursue business opportunities to grow Stryker's business in targeted accounts, always displaying exemplary customer service and patient focus.

What you need
* B.A. or B.S degree ideally in a science or business-based subject (or equivalent experience)
* Some sales or business experience is advantageous but not essential
* Natural ownership mindset
* Drive and desire to succeed and win

* Team player
* Sporting or competitive background (not essential)
* Leadership experience within a team, group, or community
* English language proficiency
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Valid driver’s license
