An opportunity has arisen for an individual to assist in providing administration support within the Breast Team based at Ninewells Hospital.
This post will concentrate on waiting list work, but will also cover a range of administration duties including telephone calls, managing the waiting lists and the referral management system.
Candidates should have experience of using a range of IT systems and packages, and possess excellent communication and keyboard skills. You should also have previous experience of working in a patient environment or a similar situation involving contact with members of the public.
Your performance must comply with the national "Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009" and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.

Hours of work are: 37 hours per week. The service currently operates Monday to Friday, however weekend and/or evening working may occasionally be required.
