Logistics Guru: Strong understanding of logistics, delegate registration, supplier coordination, and content management. The Role: As a Senior Event Manager, you’ll lead corporate event projects (and occasionally private events), guiding them from concept to execution. Responsibilities include: Managing event budgets (£25k–£500k) for audiences up to 2,000 attendees. Crafting compelling proposals and creative concepts. Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Overseeing all logistics, including travel and delegate management. Leading event teams on-site, ensuring smooth execution from setup to debrief. Developing and mentoring junior team members.
