About the organisation:
You will be working for a leading pharmaceutical organisation that specialises in the development of aseptic products.
About the Job:
As Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will be involved in plant modifications and engineering projects to meet strategic performance targets. You will also provide technical leadership within the process and reliability engineering department.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting process improvement projects.
2. Planning all process engineering activities on site.
About you:
You will be a degree-qualified engineer with a background in mechanical engineering or projects.
Chartered engineer or expected to be working towards.
Process improvement project experience.
Broad engineering knowledge and experience, including End to End Primary/Fill Finish and Utilities.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Leading complex cross-functional process changes independently.
