Customer Services Advisor
The Role: The Customer Services Advisor role is a brand-new growth role for this global manufacturer of steam solutions who are a market leader with head offices based in Cheltenham. Their steam solutions include valves, pumps, cylinders, boilers, steam traps, etc., which are all used in process & production environments. This role will see you managing and engaging with the reseller & distribution channel accounts across the UK. Most of these are independently owned businesses who require a specific point of contact to support quotes, help their sales teams be effective, and ensure growth within the accounts.
70% of your time will be ‘customer engagement’ – this involves phone and Teams-based contact with your clients, as well as opportunities to meet them face-to-face when necessary. You will also work with internal departments to ensure the best possible customer experience is delivered to your client base, further exposing you to other people within the business which will benefit your career. The other 30% of the role is sales admin-based: this includes quotes, project follow-ups, and project pricing work. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, with flexible start & finish times and the ability to work 2 days from home and 3 days in the office per week – ideal for someone seeking work-life balance.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Have a B2B background – preferably in customer service or sales
* Commutable to Cheltenham
* Are enthusiastic, well-organised, and able to hold credible phone conversations with clients
* A confident team player
* Full & clean driving licence ideally
Salary: Up to £35,000 DoE + profit share scheme + Pension + Healthcare options (after probation) + 27 days holiday (+ stats on top)
