We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our school as a Pastoral Lead. As a key member of our pastoral team, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team supporting the personal development and well-being of our students.
Your primary responsibilities will include promoting and supporting positive behaviour and high levels of attendance, as well as maintaining an overview of progress for targeted groups within your year group. You will serve as a role model and advocate for the students, embodying our values of being unusually brave, discovering what's possible, pushing the limits, and being big-hearted.
Maltings is a 11-16 academy based in Witham, Essex. Situated between the cities of Chelmsford and Colchester, the academy has 900 students on roll and benefits from a purpose-built building that was constructed in 2011. There are excellent transport links to London which enables our staff and young people to take full advantage of the wealth of opportunities that London provides. Free car parking facilities are available on site.
