We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Recruitment Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating recruitment activities, and providing exceptional support to both candidates and hiring managers. Coordinating and confirming interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Prepare offer letters and contracts to be sent to candidates Facilitate onboarding processes for new starters - including offer acceptance updates, sending inductions plans and co-ordinating first day arrangements Managing security and clearance checks for new starters and existing employees Completing referencing for new starters prior to their start date Uploading and maintaining employee data in the HRIS system HR administration support with letter creation such as contract variations, meeting invitations and probation reviews Providing general administrative support to the HR and recruitment team as required Requirements Experience in an administrative role, preferably within recruitment or HR. detail-oriented and methodical Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to pass BPSS clearance Able to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively Ability to maintain records, files, and spreadsheets in line with data protection legislation Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
