SALARY: Up to £24,000 per annum (DOE)

What you'll be doing as an Account Coordinator
The main goal of this role is to work closely with a dedicated Account Manager to assist with the day-to-day management of a number of designated key corporate customer accounts to ensure all customer needs are dealt with in a professional, efficient and cost-effective manner whilst always achieving total customer satisfaction.
Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the key customers including intelligent decision making
Work closely with several Account Directors to manage day to day client expectations
Pro-active management of outstanding jobs - order, service and callouts
Build professional business relationships with designated customer including courtesy communication
Management of visit reports and quotations
Resolution of customer disputes including liaison with other areas of the business as necessary
Preparation and submission of weekly/monthly/annually KPI information
Organisation and prioritise of own workload
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
What we would like you to bring:
You will be an exceptional Administrator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ideally you will have a background in coordinating / supporting volume or national customer accounts, or have worked within an account management environment. You'll be:
A natural communicator, with an ability to build rapport with our customers and your colleagues
Solution focused - Strive to understand and resolve potential issues whilst working to SLA's/Deadlines
Solid IT literacy - Including strong, demonstratable Excel skills, you will be responsible for producing reports
Prioritise workloads & multitask effectively - You'll be working with a number of customers at any one time
