ABOUT THE JOB

* If things don’t go to plan, your support network will help you investigate and resolve any questions or complaints.
* You’ll embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer-focused role.
* Your drive to achieve will lead you to exceed your sales and service objectives, known in Retail as ‘Smashing your Targets’.
* You’ll be assigned a Learning Coach who will guide you throughout the scheme, aiming for you to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification. 20% of your working week will be dedicated to online learning, assessments, and portfolio updates.
ABOUT YOU
* An understanding of what ‘excellent customer service’ looks like and confidence to deliver it.
* Strong commitment and drive to achieve goals.
* Team player who engages and collaborates with customers and colleagues.
* An organized individual who takes pride in their work and its delivery.
* Passion for working within tourism and actively growing and developing.
* Self-motivated, willing to act on feedback, and take ownership of your development.
* Determined and committed to learning and working in-store to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
* Grades 9–4 GCSE English and Math or equivalent are preferred.
* Flexibility to work variable shift patterns, including evenings and weekends, with shifts usually shared 4 weeks in advance.
