Role Purpose
The Process Leader is responsible for leading day-to-day operations of their allocated area within B2B, under the direction of their Team Leader. Responsible for organising and influencing a diverse team in a fast-paced environment with the ability to respond to meet changing business needs and assist in driving a high-performance culture. The role will also own exception management whilst translating numerous and diverse data into meaningful insights and recommended actions to allow the department to perform to its maximum capacity and be prepared for future business requirements. There will also be a focus on ensuring compliance to Health & Safety, Environmental and Well-being requirements.
What You’ll Do:
1. Drive a health & safety culture throughout the operation, reporting near misses real time with follow-up actions.
2. Manage day to day operations ensuring all key performance measures (KPI’s) and service level agreements are delivered, resolving exceptions to the required deadlines and reporting any concerns real-time to Team Leader /Operations Manager.
3. Monitor daily workflow, reacting to adjustments and escalating resource movements to ensure that cost per unit (CPU) is delivered (if inventory led ensuring P&L is not impacted by stock discrepancies).
4. Complete end of shift (EOS) statistics and update visual management boards, capturing learnings and reviewing any potential changes / improvements with your Team Leader or the Operations Manager. Ensuring future requirements are planned and organised to achieve success.
5. Demonstrate a customer focused approach to all activities, embracing continuous improvement (CI) methodology and working towards a complete understanding of producing an 8D from E2E within the first 6-12 months of your role.
6. Collaborate and build relationships with others to support the success of the whole warehouse at Coventry.
7. Support annual stock take requirements*, taking an active role based on your area of specialisation.
8. Lead by example through demonstrating and role modelling ‘best practice of a Process Leader’. E.g. arriving at work on time to prepare for the day ahead, adhering to break times, showing a positive ‘can always do’ attitude, whilst embracing new ways of working.

8. Ability to work effectively across all functions & to influence people without taking direct authority over them.
9. Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills.
10. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
11. Experience with ERP or CRM systems desired (MS Dynamics D365).
