Technical Safety Engineer (Norwich) NES Fircroft is partnering with a leading oil and gas operator to recruit a Technical Safety Engineer for their Norwich office, supporting Southern North Sea operations. This full-time role is part of the QSHE team, ensuring compliance with UK safety legislation and best practices. Hybrid working options are available. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate safety studies (HAZID, Bowtie, ALARP) Perform consequence modelling (PHAST/FLARESIM) Conduct risk assessments (Fire/Explosion, QRA, Hazardous Area Classification) Prepare and update Safety Case materials Support regulatory compliance (OSDR/SCR, PFEER, DSEAR, etc.) Provide safety guidance and liaise with regulatory bodies Requirements: 10 years of Safety Engineering experience in Oil & Gas Expertise in PHAST, BowTie XP, FLARESIM Strong report writing and communication skills If you're based in or willing to relocate to Norwich, apply with your updated CV.
