Role Responsibility As an HR Graduate at Tarmac, you’ll gain a holistic understanding of HR while supporting the delivery of key people strategies and business objectives. Here’s a snapshot of what your journey will involve: Rotate through key HR departments (Talent, L&D, I&D, HR Ops, Reward) to gain a well-rounded understanding of HR functions. Work closely with HR team members to ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and procedures. Provide guidance to line managers and operational teams on HR policies across various functions, including Talent, Reward, and Inclusion. Support on key HR projects, gathering and analysing data to provide insights into trends and inform decision-making. Help management teams strengthen their engagement initiatives and foster strong relationships across the company. The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for motivated individuals who bring fresh ideas and are eager to build a meaningful career in HR. Here’s what we look for: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with particular interest in HR, Business, Communications, or Social Sciences. Adaptability an agility to thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace the opportunity to work across different teams and locations. A knack for working with data, spotting trends, and translating them into actionable insights. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed. Willingness to travel and hold a full UK driving licence.
