As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Link Rec2Rec, you will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end recruitment process. Your primary focus will be on sourcing top talent and placing candidates with our esteemed clients. Key responsibilities include client relationship management, candidate sourcing, market research, networking, sales & business development, and consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
* Utilize various platforms to identify, screen, and interview high-quality candidates who meet our clients' requirements.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating interviews to ensure seamless delivery.
* Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
* Promote Link Rec2Rec's services through industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand our client and candidate base.
* Cold-call potential clients to pitch recruitment services and negotiate terms of business to win new accounts.
* Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates on the job market, hiring trends, and career development to achieve successful placements.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets by successfully placing candidates and winning new accounts.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in recruitment or sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of success.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and candidates confidently.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively, resulting in significant commission earnings.
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle rejections with a positive attitude to maintain a high level of motivation.
* Highly driven and self-motivated individual with a desire to exceed targets and achieve significant career progression.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and clients simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
* Familiarity with recruitment software, CRM systems, and social media platforms for effective candidate sourcing.
* Strong understanding of the Manchester job market and key industries to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
