Responsibilities for the role of Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance
Identify and develop unregulated bridging loan opportunities from brokers, focusing on England and Wales, with a preference for the M25 region.
Achieve monthly target completions of £1.5m.
Provide exceptional service levels to all broker accounts, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
Attend field-based meetings with brokers and clients, alongside trade shows and industry events.
Act as a brand ambassador for the client, promoting their values and enhancing market reputation.
Prepare, maintain, and execute account management plans for intermediaries within your business area.
