Job responsibilities:
1. To deliver projects as delegated by the Customer Operations Supervisor or Director of Customer Operations
2. To assist and support the Project Manager, Customer Operations Supervisor and/or Director of Customer Operations
3. Creating a project schedule with milestones, due dates, and resources, such as team members, which will then be submitted to management/customer for approval
4. Making sure that the project team have the tools they require to execute the project
5. Helping with the documentation of each phase of the project.
6. Working with team members in the field or on-site who have project issues.
7. Keep up the morale of team members and build relationships with them to develop a strong working unit and supporting their impact on the success of a project.
8. To track, analyse, and communicate project risks and opportunities.
9. Ensuring deadlines are met.
10. Providing administrative support.
11. Organising project team meetings and recording minutes.
12. To thoroughly update customers throughout the project journey.
13. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
14. Liaise with clients and/or engineers to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
15. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
16. Make sure that the customers’ needs are met as projects evolve
17. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
18. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
19. Work with the Project Manager/Operations Manager to eliminate blockers
20. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports in line with Silver Lining project document process.
21. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
22. To fill the role of Customer Operations Administrator as required in relation to BAU opportunities, termination requests, billing queries and quoting.
23. To support with account management queries and resigns where accounts are assigned to the Customer Operations Team.
24. To partake in the management and stock take of Silver Lining’s stock system.
It is essential that the applicant has the following skills and personal qualities:
1. Organisational skills
2. Customer care skills
3. Great at working within a team
4. Using your initiative
5. GCSE maths and English with grades 4/C or above, or level 2 equivalents are required
6. Due to our location/lack of public transport and occasional requirements to drive company/fleet vehicles, a full clean driving licence is required.
