This is an exciting opportunity within the North East and North Cumbria (NENC) Integrated Care Board (ICB) for a Permanent, Band 4, Business Support Administrator within the NENC Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) Programme Management Office.

Main duties of the job
The role will provide senior administrative support to the LMNS Programme Management Office with a specific focus on the Quality and Safety programme of work.
You will have excellent communication and engagement skills and meet the essential criteria outlined within the Job Description.
Please note: the LMNS PMO Team cover the North East and North Cumbria area therefore the office base will be agreed with the successful candidate from the following ICB office locations:
* North Ormesby Health Village - Middlesbrough
* Pemberton House - Sunderland
* Stella House - Newcastle
* Park House - Carlisle
The role will require travel across the North East and North Cumbria, and will have the opportunity to work at home and within an office environment.

Job responsibilities
Provide effective, comprehensive, confidential, administrative and/or project business level support on a day-to-day basis. Be aware of work priorities and ensure all required deadlines are met. Support the LMNS PMO team by collating reports and/or data, supporting meetings and events, arranging dates and venues, collating agenda items and supporting documents and papers, producing minutes and progress action logs relevant to this. Work as an effective team member to ensure that all administrative/data/programme work priorities are covered across the PMO. The role will include travel around the North East and North Cumbria.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* RSA/NVQ level 3 or equivalent relevant experience
Experience
* Significant business support level experience and acquired knowledge of relevant processes or procedures.
* Significant experience of providing project/business level support
* Demonstrable level of experience of Microsoft Office package including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote.
