Legal Office Manager Part-time 9am - 1pm, Monday to Friday Location: Weymouth Salary: £36,000 pro rata Day-to-day of the role: Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and court dates. Maintain and update client files and legal documents. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Assist with billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Support solicitors with administrative tasks and case management. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an office manager, preferably in a legal setting. Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal software. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
